Training Specialist

What will you be doing!

Participating in the assessment of training needs using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) :

Participating in the assessment of training needs using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) :

• Assisting the Training Consultant in developing comprehensive training needs analyses to determine the requirements of a broad range of customers, providing flexible and creative solutions in both technical and non-technical training areas.
• Collaborating with the Training Consultant to troubleshoot, identify, and recommend solutions for compliance and regulatory training programs by evaluating performance issues and applying SAT principles.
• Assisting with Training Program Evaluations to support the continuous improvement of Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL)'s training programs.

Location : Fully Remote

This position is offered on a fully remote basis, allowing you to work from home anywhere in Canada. You’ll collaborate virtually with a dynamic team across CNL sites, helping to advance Canada’s clean energy and environmental goals from your home office.

Please note : This is a remote position supporting the Chalk River Laboratory, Ontario.
