Description de poste5 years or more in financial management Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions Coordinate organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize performance Direct, motivate, train staff and conduct performance reviews Evaluate daily operations, identify and investigate compliance issues Plan and control budget, expenditure, and write reports Review budgets and financial reports for projects Establish and implement policies and procedures Design and manage investment strategies, monitor financial control systems Manage contracts, oversee collection and analysis of financial data, preparation of reports Advise senior management, provide customer service, manage cash, perform variance analysis Keep financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Supervise 1-2 people Regulatory reporting, regulatory investigation MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Accounting software, MS Windows Security clearance : enhanced reliability, criminal record check, vulnerable sector check Work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, tight‑deadline, large‑workload environment Must be accurate, dependable, efficient, team player, flexible, adaptable, excellent communication and organization Health, dental, disability, health care, paramedical, vision care benefits Financial benefits : group insurance, life insurance, mileage paid, RRSP Long‑term benefits : TFSA Other benefits : learning / training paid, team building, wellness program

Salary : $78,667.73 annually / 37.5 hours per week. Permanent, full time.
Location : St. John's, NL 1C 2E6. Work on site. Starts as soon as possible.
