Construction Labourer

Job description :

MatrixHR is looking for dependable General Labourers for an ongoing project in Lethbridge. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and are looking for a stable site where reliability is recognized with more responsibility.

The Opportunity :

While this role begins with general site duties, we value workers who show initiative. For those who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn :

• Advancement : There is potential to take on more advanced tasks and assist various trades on-site, moving you toward skilled labour responsibilities .
• Additional Hours : While the starting hours is 32 hours per week, there are often opportunities for full-time hours based on project needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities :

Loading and unloading materials.

Assisting various trades on-site.

Site cleanup and gravel shoveling.

Following directions from site supervisors to maintain safety and efficiency.

Requirements :

Reliability : A proven track record of showing up on time and ready to work.

Transportation : A reliable means of getting to and from the work site.

PPE : You must own and bring your own steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, hard hat, and gloves.

Attitude : Hard-working, a team player, and able to take direction clearly.

Benefits :

Weekly pay.

Monday-Thursday Schedule.
