About The Innovator In Residence Program

Innovation doesn’t stop with our client projects. We push the boundaries of what’s possible at the intersection of engineering, AI, robotics, and emerging technologies. Our Innovator in Residence initiative brings a PhD student or graduate, a post‑doc, or researcher into our ecosystem to explore forward‑thinking ideas and shape the future of technology.

This is not a traditional role. It’s a residency where you’ll have the freedom and support to :

• Investigate big questions in robotics, advanced engineering, or related fields
• Experiment and prototype ideas that may not yet have a defined commercial application
• Collaborate with our teams of AI experts, software engineers, and designers to share knowledge and cross‑pollinate ideas

Your work will bridge theory and practice, advancing knowledge in areas connected to Osedea’s expertise while contributing to a culture of curiosity and exploration. We expect you to have your own research topic; this program will help you explore it. We will not be providing you with the research subject.
