Leggat National Leasing is hiring a Commercial & Fleet Leasing Sales Consultant to drive new business development and close B2B leasing opportunities across Ontario and Canada.

Who We Are:

Leggat National Leasing is a division of Leggat Auto Group, a family-owned organization established in 1922 with 12 dealerships across Southern Ontario.

We specialize in commercial fleet, and pre-owned vehicle leasing for businesses in construction, trades, delivery, service, and specialty applications. With access to 80% of major automotive brands, in-house finance, remarketing, and fleet support, our consultants are equipped with real tools to win.

The Role:

This is a new-business-focused role with full ownership of your territory and results. You will be responsible for building your pipeline, closing deals, and growing a repeat and referral-driven portfolio of business clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business development through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and market activity
  • Identify decision makers and uncover commercial and fleet leasing opportunities
  • Present and close tailored leasing solutions for business clients
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Manage pipeline, follow ups, and forecast with discipline and consistency
  • Collaborate with finance, fleet, and remarketing teams to execute deals efficiently
  • Stay current on inventory availability, rates, and market conditions
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of commission driven sales experience (automotive, B2B, or leasing preferred)
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship development
  • Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented
  • Strong closer with sound negotiation and communications skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and goal driven
  • Passion for vehicles and helping businesses operate more efficiently
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OMVIC certified or able to become certified with two weeks of hire
