Job Summary :

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in an IT project focused on implementing a cloud SaaS solution for a contact center. This position requires significant experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and possessing strong communication and customer service skills. The role is hybrid, requiring periodic on-site meetings in Regina, SK.

Responsibilities :

• Gathering and documenting business requirements for the cloud SaaS solution.
• Working within both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Creating documentation and deliverables as determined by project standards.
