Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms.
- Collaborate with country stakeholders for training needs analysis, field observation and learning interventions.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for all sales and product training programs / contents for internal and external use within the region.
- Manage and execute training programs for new hires and existing sales force to boost sales performance and improve process execution.
- Evaluate sales performance, analyze performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams.
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and making support readily available.
- Provide training for Telesales and Sales Executive.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in learning and development and / or sales training.Experience in training TELESALES, SALES, CLIENTS, etc.Facilitation skills with demonstrated self-confidence.Ability to adapt content and conversation to meet audience needs.Good command of English.Able to join ASAP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
