Practice Overview

Rouge Valley Dental is a busy, well-established clinic located in a vibrant Pickering strip mall surrounded by medical services, grocery, and ample free parking. The practice supports a large and diverse patient base with strong hygiene flow and consistent new patient growth (20–25 / month).

The clinic is fully staffed with an experienced CDA team, multiple hygienists, and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator. Operatories and equipment are modern, well maintained, and fully digital.

This is a tremendous opportunity to step into a very busy practice and have clinical autonomy to treat whatever is in your scope of practice!

Schedule

Tuesdays : 12 : 00 p.m. – 8 : 00 p.m.

Overlap with another provider from 12–4 p.m.

Saturdays (Every Other) : 9 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m.

Opportunity to add Fridays in the future for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years minimum clinical experience required

Confident working independently

Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport

Comfortable with a broad clinical scope (endo, surgery, with a focus on crown and bridge).

About You :

Graduate from an accredited DDS / DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

Valid CPR certification
