Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Mortars Operator is responsible for various tasks to maintain an efficient plant including production and batching of Sika products, performing quality control of the products, planning and coordinating product orders and general housekeeping tasks.
Shift : 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM
(Training will be on the day shift; afterward, you will transition to the afternoon shift.)
Hourly rate range : $23–$24 + shift premium
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities :
Production & Batching
Produce Sika dry mix mortar products by following established procedures and formulas.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Safely operate forklifts and other plant equipment.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE, lock-out procedures, confined space protocols, and safe lifting practices.
Communication & Coordination
Report any non-conformances to the Team Leader or plant management.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support plant operations.
