Our client—a leading name in professional audio and event production—is looking for a Rental Coordinator to be a key part of their Anjou-based team. This is your opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, grow your career, and work alongside a team that shares your enthusiasm for music and live events.What You'll Do:- Be the friendly face welcoming clients, guiding them with expert advice on audio and lighting solutions.- Ensure seamless rental operations—from quotes to delivery, returns, and everything in between.- Keep our equipment inventory organized, updated, and in top condition.- Coordinate testing, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is always performance-ready.- Document and enhance internal procedures (SOPs) to streamline rental and repair processes.- Analyze utilization rates, margins, and performance metrics—then share insights in clear, actionable reports.- Handle daily cash transactions and manage closing procedures with accuracy.- Support and train team members, ensuring everyone applies standardized procedures effectively.Who You Are:- 1-3 years of experience in retail, rentals, or event production.- Hands-on experience with audio and lighting equipment.- Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable documenting procedures.- Fluent in French (spoken and written).- Available for occasional evening and weekend shifts.- Physically able to safely handle equipment.- Naturally curious, organized, and driven by a love for music, technology, and live events.Other Language Requirement: English- Skill level required: Advanced- Reason for the requirement: To support clients across Canada- Frequency of use: DailyWhy You'll Love This Role:- Join a team that's as passionate about music and events as you are.- Work in a collaborative environment that encourages growth, creativity, and innovation.- Enjoy competitive compensation, strong benefits, and room to grow in an expanding company.Ready to take your love for music and tech to the next level?
