As a junior project manager, you will hold a pivotal strategic support function, ensuring the documentary and operational fluidity of our projects from our offices in Dorval. This junior project manager role will allow you to touch all aspects of management, from initial estimation to final delivery to the client, while being based in the dynamic sector of Dorval.

Responsibilities
In your duties as a junior project manager, your tasks will be essential to ensure project compliance and progress :
Assist senior managers in the complete coordination of mandates, from startup to close-out.
Manage the documentary flow required by cities, malls, and clients.
Maintain project logs up to date, including meeting minutes, schedules, and shop drawings.
Actively contribute to cost estimation and production planning.
Independently manage small projects and change order requests.
Support communication between consultants, subcontractors, and site superintendents.
Prepare and manage contracts as well as documentation related to insurance and compliance.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in collaboration with field teams.
Collect warranties and maintenance manuals for administrative project closure.
Qualifications
To excel as a junior project manager, you possess the following assets :
Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector.
Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications.
High proficiency with technological tools and project management software (Procore or equivalent).
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong analytical rigor, particularly for tracking budgets and timelines.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
