Overview
Quadbridge is looking for a driven Account Manager in the Greater Montreal Area. This high‑impact sales role focuses on building strong relationships, prospecting new clients, and delivering tailored IT solutions through a solution‑selling approach. The role is ideal for self‑starters with a builder mindset who thrives on relationship‑driven selling.
Responsibilities
- Build your own prospecting list through personal research and canvas all prospects by phone to bring new customers to the company, spanning all of North America.
- Conduct outbound calls to new and existing customers in Canada and the United States.
- Maintain good relations with prospects and customers to retain them over the long term, offering solutions and advice that meet their needs.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to offer attractive prices to customers and increase profit.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (2) years of relevant sales experience, managing mid-to-large size accounts and navigating complex, long sales cycles.
- Can thrive in an unstructured and dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self‑driven approach to success.
- Consistently positive attitude, fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
- Passion for emerging technologies, staying up to date with industry trends, and working with cutting‑edge solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies is an asset.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, Hybrid.
Salary and Benefits
$60,000–$80,000 per year, plus commission and benefits.
