• The Project Coordinator will support the Senior IT Project Manager in the Vulnerability Management space as well as supporting the existing Project Coordinator with the development of our monthly metrics report.
  

• This role involves analyzing and correlating data from multiple sources (Qualys and the CMBD) requires advanced excel skills a working knowledge of SharePoint and SQL query language.
  

• Some knowledge of vulnerability management would be beneficial.
  

Role Descriptions

• Design and develop a SharePoint site to centralize GCS resources and updates.
  

• Create branded templates and visual assets aligned with clients brand standards.
  

• Support internal communication campaigns and culture initiatives.
  

• Coordinate 2026 cybersecurity training sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks to enable strategic priorities.
  

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and communications teams to deliver high-quality content
