Redhead Equipment has an opening for a full time Office Administrator at our Humboldt branch.
This position is based at the reception desk and be responsible for working in a team atmosphere processing correspondence, greeting / assisting customers and handling incoming / outgoing mail.
Duties also include data entry, filing, bank deposits and performing various administrative functions to support the Parts, Service and Sales departments.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills / qualities :
- Highly motivated team player with a friendly and outgoing manner
- Self-directed, diligent and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
