We started The Decision Lab because we saw a big gap between what science & technology can offer and what is actually applied in the real world. We believe that decision science (a broad field spanning all the way from psychology and neuroscience to AI & statistical modeling) has the power to fill that gap.

The Consultant role is at the front line of bridging this gap. We are looking for intellectual tinkerers, individuals who don’t just apply research but actively experiment with new tools, AI, and technology to push the boundaries of what’s possible in behavioral science We’re looking for bright, capable and curious candidates who have a thirst for translating evidence (be it desk research, experiments or analytics) into practical and valuable solutions and content for private clients or public consumption.

Rather than reusing the same behavior change frameworks, TDL develops custom solutions – this means that in addition to being evidence-based, your role will be fundamentally creative and you will have the opportunity to evolve and express your thinking in the work you do. We are looking for a candidate with professional experience in management consulting, behavioral science or psychology. Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:
