Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs
Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge
Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems
Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets.
No cold calling! As an Inbound Sales and Customer Representative, you will be taking calls from existing clients who are looking to activate their credit card. This position consistent of role is to ensure our clients are getting the best value from their services; therefore, we want to ensure we offer them additional optional product to match their need.
IN ADDITION, WE OFFER SHIFT PREMIUMS AND
10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked 50% or more of the total hours worked Monday to Friday outside of outside your 8am - 5:00pm
AND 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays.
Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm
What we’re looking for:
Bilingual, must be able to communicate and write in both French and English for our clients across Canada (50% English and 50% French)
Self-motivated in an independent work environment
Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
An understanding of credit cards is an asset
More importantly: Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere with strong sense of ethics!
