Roadway Construction Contract Administrator

AECOM  is hiring a  Roadway Contract Administrator  for our team to be based in either our offices in Markham Mississauga Toronto Sault Ste. Marie Barrie North Bay and Sudbury ON . This position is for a newly created position.

This is a full time role expected to begin as soon as possible.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to :

• Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
• Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
• Work with document control systems project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• Monitor design changes contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
