Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets. If you have a proven track record in sales and leadership, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience with CRM software and sales performance analysis.
