Position Title : 310T Mechanic / Apprentice

Duration : Full-time Position

Schedule 1 : Monday - Thursday (4 : 30am-3 : 00pm) 4x10 Hour Shifts

Schedule 2 : Monday - Thursday (06 : 30am-5 : 00pm) 4x10 Hour Shifts

Schedule 3 : Monday - Thursday (3 : 00pm-1 : 30am) 4x10 Hour Shifts

Schedule 4 : Friday - Sunday (6 : 00am-06 : 00pm) 3x12 Hour shifts

Description :

The Licensed 310T Truck Mechanic or Apprentice is responsible for servicing and maintaining company equipment by using standard "Best Practices" and providing guidance to apprentices. Responsibilities will encompass diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and performing preventive maintanance tasks to keep our fleet in optimal condition. Additonally, will collaborate with the maintance team, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing the efficiency of our trucking services.

Responsibilities

• Perform Scheduled Preventative Maintaince Inspections and repairs.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Work towards meeting industry standard repair times for assigned repairs.
• Train on and stay current with new technologies.
• Maintain work areas of shop to meet health and safety standards.
• Communicate issue / concerns to managers as needed.
• Will be required to work occasionally on weekends
