CA$40 – CA$50 per hour (inclusive of benefits)

Base Pay Range

CA$40.00 / hr – CA$50.00 / hr

Job Description

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
  • Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back‑end team and QA.
  • Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI / UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
  • Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient front‑end systems.

Technical Skills Required

  • Front‑end : React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI.
  • Back‑end : Node.js, Express.js, PHP.
  • Databases : MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
  • Other Skills : Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Nice to have : Banking experience.

    • Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying full‑stack applications at scale.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
