Location : Various locations across New Brunswick

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. You will build relationships with potential clients develop business strategies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver valueadded solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
