Building Maintenance Technician (Seasonal or Full-time Positions Available)

You Will :

• Be responsible for the completion of maintenanceservice requests as assigned in all base area buildings and outdoor areas.
• Create and complete work orders for everyjob / task.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Complete daily checks, preventative maintenancework orders and maintenance records.
• Carry phone / radio as required for demandmaintenance items.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems asassigned including pool and hot tubs.
• Complete groundswork as directed.
• Be responsible for alerting the maintenance manager ofany unusual occurrence, damage, or risk.
