We are seeking a Training Specialist with expertise in mission-critical communications to lead the provincial rollout of a high-profile technology system. This role involves delivering hands-on instruction and digital learning to 9,000+ end-users and key stakeholders across 22+ locations in Ontario. You will act as a province-wide resource, ensuring that specialized staff are proficient in using essential radio and telecommunications equipment that supports 24x7 mission-critical operations.
Pay Rate : $350.46- $389.52 / diem

Qualifications
Core Experience : 5+ years of experience as a professional Trainer, specifically delivering large-scale technology strategies in operational or critical service environments.
Technical Domain : Demonstrated experience with Public Safety Radio Networks, telecom systems, and specialized dispatch technologies.
Knowledge Base : Familiarity with Radio / Telephone systems, GIS, spatial mapping concepts, and Automated Vehicle Locators (AVL).
Training Management : Proven ability to create and manage complex project schedules and province-wide training rollouts.
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from entry-level users to senior executives.
Industry Background : (Asset) Experience in a 24x7 critical environment or large-scale infrastructure operations.
Licensing : Must possess a valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license (or equivalent) and be prepared for frequent, extended travel throughout the province.
