Your Opportunity Dillon’s Data Integration Services Practice is looking for a Discipline Lead to fill an existing vacancy within our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. You will be a driving force in our continued growth and success across Canada, leading a talented team of technical experts and fostering a culture of innovation to keep us at the forefront of geospatial and data analytics services.

The successful candidate can be based at any of our offices : Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saint John, Fredericton, Halifax, Sydney, St John’s, Yellowknife. We offer flexible work hours to help balance work and personal life.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Innovation

• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with industry trends and best practices in geospatial and data analytics services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Discipline's technical skills.
• Drive the integration of new technologies to improve internal processes and reduce costs.
• Deliver significant innovation projects with supporting business cases and success metrics.
• Encourage the use of new solutions and showcase successful efficiency improvements.
