Bilingual Order Desk Representative

Staffinity is currently seeking a Bilingual Order Desk Representative for a client in Montreal. This is a permanent, full-time position with base salary, benefits, vacation, and profit-sharing opportunities. The base salary range is 40-44k The work hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Fluency in both English and French is required.

Responsibilities :

Process order requests from internal and external customers to meet service-level requirements

Provide excellent customer service through strong communication and interpersonal skills

Maintain a high level of product knowledge

Operate the POS system and ensure accurate order processing

Understand and apply inventory control processes

Work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

Excellent computer skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Fluency in English and French, spoken and written required
