What you'll do here:
Be the guardian of operational fluidity, ensuring our service level objectives are met and strengthening our image with partners.
Lead real-time schedule transformation, enabling the team to maximize performance and shine through efficiency.
Raise our standards by designing innovative strategies to anticipate needs and optimize customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration by generating analyses to drive operational improvement.
Protect and maintain operational harmony by acting as the first point of contact, providing clear and efficient support to users.
What you bring to the table:
A passion and vision for innovation and leadership, reinforced by your studies in business, mathematics, or economics.
Experience in workforce planning that demonstrates your ability to be a pillar for the team.
Proficiency with technical tools as assets to fuel growth and proactivity.
Persuasive communication and sharp time management skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Bilingualism (French/English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadien work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
