Accounts Receivable Specialist���� Location: Ville Saint-Laurent���� Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (Hybrid - 4 days in-office)���� Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)Our client, a well-established company in the aviation industry, is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team in Ville Saint-Laurent.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a stable and dynamic organization in a unique and fast-moving sector.Responsibilities include: Managing collections for assigned client accounts Ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit terms Communicating with clients via phone and email to resolve outstanding issues Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly AR reports Reviewing aging reports and assisting with bad debt provisions Opening and maintaining accurate customer accounts in the system The ideal candidate has: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or credit & collections Basic accounting knowledge Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Excellent organizational and communication skills Bilingualism (English & French, spoken and written) A reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach What the company offers: 100% of group insurance premiums covered by the employer 5% employer RRSP contribution — no employee match required 10 paid sick days per year 3 additional paid holidays Annual profit-sharing bonus Standby airline travel perks with major carriers at significantly reduced rates Interested?Please email a copy of your CV to k.lagos@totemtalent.ca
