Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement : 18. Prior retail or management experience is required. Physical demands : in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
