Family Physician - Private Clinic

Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a 6th Physician to join our practice. We are a friendly and flexible group that share 8 exam rooms and 1 telehealth room with a three-physician workspace for Admin. We use MedAccess and are paperless within the office. Our clinic is bright with natural light and located on the ground floor for easy access. Our MOA team works in a fast-paced environment, handling daily tasks efficiently and managing booking and workflow systems. We have a website with an online booking system for our patients and a virtual care clinic. We also have a full-time LPN to help manage your patients. Our Office Manager handles CDM billing/reports to maximize billing potential. Flexible work schedule with 2 in-office and 2 virtual days for a 4 day week. The physicians work together in a call group for in-patient rounds and to facilitate time off. We care for our patients in two residential care facilities. We are 30 minutes from Penticton Regional Hospital with excellent specialist services and an active local Division of Family Practice engaged in improving community primary care systems. Additional opportunities include rural emergency room at South Okanagan General Hospital and Doctor of the Day rotation (approximately 1 weekend every 5 months).
