Prepare and serve classic cocktails and create innovative new beverages.
Supervise and lead the bar team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
Manage the cold room, including keg systems, CO2, and beer line maintenance.
Oversee bar inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and supply management.
Ensure proper bar prep, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests professionally and warmly.
Train and mentor junior bar staff.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement new drink menus.
Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of international bar experience , ideally in hotels, high-volume venues, or recognized establishments.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to design creative new drinks.
Hands-on experience with keg management, cold rooms, and CO2 systems .
Experience managing inventory, supplies, and bar prep .
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent customer interaction skills.
Passionate about beer and cocktails (wine knowledge is welcome but not a focus for this role).
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure.
Flexible and proactive, able to adapt in fast-paced bar environments.
