About the role
We are looking for a Workforce management Analyst to join our growing team!
Our primary focus is on the outperformance and growth of our agencies and external partners with whom we cultivate and nurture strong business relationships through the workforce planning of their sales and service call centers.
What you'll achieve with us :
Gather, analyze, model and interpret data from various sources to provide workforce planning recommendations.
Optimize work schedules to meet our growth, service quality and financial objectives.
Adapt and use forecasting models and tools.
Produce structured analyses and relevant performance reports according to business sectors, and adapt them to the stakeholders to whom they are addressed.
Support business sectors in the budgeting process.
Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with various partners within and outside the workforce planning team.
Find ways to simplify processes because you're not a fan of the status quo.
Which you'll put to good use :
University degree or college diploma (business, finance, mathematics, statistics) or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Thoroughness and ability to research and collect data.
Ability to synthesize, share information and communicate with impact.
Excel expertise.
Good command of PowerPoint and Word.
Very good sense of organization and priorities.
Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
