Head Rigger

DEPARTMENT : Rigging Operations REPORTS TO : Manager Rigging Operations Overall Responsibilities :

• Manage training of riggers of all levels is being provided, on a regular basis, to ensure a consistent level of work is being performed.
• Manage training program for riggers of all levels, to ensure a consistent level of work is being performed.
• Audit the performance of riggers of all levels.

Work with Arena Head Rigger to create and maintain training plan, improvements, hierarchy, recruitment,

retention, and discipline of all riggers.

Work with reps to design and implement rigging plans & inform reps of any issues / challenges arising from the

work site and / or Employees.

Work w / clients to achieve their goals in a timely and safe manner and to bring concepts to reality, both

structurally and aesthetically.
