Account Manager for Market Partners at HostGenius
Mission : Activate, support, and optimize the performance of up to 15 enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve growth and operational excellence in alignment with HostGenius’s 10x vision.
Outcomes :
- Market Partner Activation : Successfully activate and onboard up to 15 market partners within the first quarter.
- Health Score Monitoring : Measure and maintain high health scores for all market partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from HostGenius’s services.
- Strategic Growth : Collaborate with market partners to develop and implement strategies that align with and contribute to the company’s 10x growth vision.
- Problem Resolution : Proactively identify and address issues faced by market partners, providing timely and effective support.
- Operational Support : Conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls with market partners to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth.
Competencies :
- Relationship Management : Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in measuring and interpreting health scores and other performance metrics.
- Strategic Planning : Capability to strategize and drive growth initiatives in collaboration with market partners.
- Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
- Communication : Exceptional communication skills for conducting regular calls and in-person meetings.
Work Schedule :
- Focused Work Cycle : 6 weeks of dedicated work where you can fully immerse yourself in projects and tasks.
- Buffer Week : 1 week to catch up on tasks, plan ahead, and ensure everything is on track. We generally meet up on this buffer week to plan the following work schedule.
- Sabbatical : 1 week to recharge, reflect, and rest before starting the next work cycle.
