The Opportunity : You will serve as a senior leader and subject matter expert, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of WSP’s geophysics services across Ontario and beyond. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities :

• Project & Technical Management : Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability across a portfolio of complex, high-impact projects.
• Technical Excellence : Interpret and integrate 2D, 3D, and 4D seismic data, well logs, and core data to build comprehensive subsurface models.
• Innovation & Collaboration : Drive technological innovation and the development of new geophysical techniques.
• Mentorship & Talent Development : Mentor and train junior engineers, professionals, and technicians.
• Client Engagement & Business Growth : Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a “seller / doer” by engaging in business development while leading project execution.
• Quality Assurance & Reporting : Ensure quality control and assurance of geophysical datasets and deliverables.
• Industry Leadership : Represent WSP in industry associations, technical committees, conferences, and client engagements.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee risk management, including contract, fee, and proposal reviews.
