Motion is looking to add a Store Lead to our busy and charismatic team in Kamloops, British Columbia! This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the sector we operate in, has experience leading teams, and can take ownership of store operations.

The Role :

The Store Lead is responsible for assisting with the management and leadership of all aspects of the business for their respective location including financial oversight, people management, administration, sales, and service. As Store Lead, you will work closely with the Regional Director to execute on policies and procedures developed for the business / region that enhance our client experience, improve operational efficiencies and increase revenues by using “best practice”.
