Executive Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to facilitate effective interactions with diverse stakeholders, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail to achieve goals and prioritize tasks to join our team as an Executive Project Manager in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Summary : The Executive Project Manager collaborates closely with the Regional Chief Operations Officer to bolster the growth and efficiency of the company’s direct sales and service operations. This role requires adeptness in various tasks while exercising discretion and independent judgment. The incumbent will contribute to the refinement of the company’s business models, facilitate internal and external meetings, and provide strategic insights to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Foster close collaboration with the Regional Sales & Service Management Team.
  • Aid in refining the overall direct sales and service business model.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint within the Microsoft Teams framework.
  • Facilitate the distribution of materials and follow-up for both internal and external meetings.
  • Offer strategic analytics to optimize business models and enhance profitability.
  • Demonstrate comprehension of the sales process, P&L statements, and cost management.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in customer visits.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense submissions, and appointment scheduling for the COO.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflows for the COO.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferred, but not mandatory, industry knowledge or recent experience in machine tool environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical prowess, demonstrated through the creation of executive summaries, flowcharts, and Gantt charts.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities and working under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail to achieve goals and prioritize tasks.
