Mind Friend is on a mission to revolutionize mental well-being/community connection. We are looking for a powerhouse Marketing Manager who lives at the intersection of data-driven growth and creative storytelling.

The Role

This is a high-impact, hybrid role. You won’t just be managing a budget; you’ll be the architect of our entire growth engine. You’ll oversee everything from the visual identity of our brand to the granular optimization of our conversion funnels.

Requirements

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute an omni-channel marketing roadmap that balances short-term wins (leads/sales) with long-term brand equity.
• Paid & Organic Mastery: Manage full-funnel performance marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) while simultaneously building a self-sustaining organic ecosystem.
• Brand & Identity: Guard and evolve the Mind Friend voice and visual identity, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and premium.
• Content & Social: Lead our social media strategy to drive engagement, community sentiment, and viral potential.
• Optimization & Scaling: Use rigorous A/B testing and data analytics to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS. If it can be measured, you’ll optimize it.
• Hands-on Execution: From writing high-converting copy to setting up automation workflows, you are a "doer" first.

• The Full-Stack Marketer: You have 5+ years of experience across the marketing spectrum (Growth, Brand, and Social).
• Data-Obsessed: You don’t make moves based on "vibes." You use data to tell a story and justify your strategy.
• Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when the data tells you to.
• Creative Intuition: You have a sharp eye for design and a "ear" for brand voice.
• Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of ad managers, analytics tools (GA4), and CRM/automation platforms.
