YOUR ROLE:You will work very closely with a notary and will be involved in a variety of files, mainly in real estate and corporate law:Your main responsibilities will include the following:Draft mortgage deeds, deeds of sale and other legal documents required for real estate and corporate transactions;Prepare authentic copies and essential legal documents;Communicate professionally and proactively with clients and financial institutions to ensure transparent and efficient follow-up of ongoing files;Ensure complete administrative follow-up of files from opening to archiving, ensuring that all details are documented as required.REQUIRED SKILLS:Experience in a notary's office;Proficiency in corporate and real estate law procedures and processes;Ability to draft legal documents clearly and accurately;Good command of French, English is an asset;Good organizational and time management skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
