Private Equity Associate

An established, well capitalized mining focused investment platform is seeking to add a Private Equity Associate/ Senior Associate to its team in Montreal.

This role offers broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, financial modeling, commercial and technical due diligence, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

The platform invests across the mining value chain, with a particular emphasis on precious metals and development stage assets, and works closely with operating partners and management teams. The team operates in a lean, highly analytical environment where junior professionals are given meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in investment decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial foundation, with experience in investment banking, private equity, mining, or a related field, along with a genuine interest in natural resources. The role is well suited for someone who is intellectually curious, detail oriented, and motivated to grow within a long term investment platform.
