Job Description

The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of LG Interiors Inc. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing across administrative, operational, and light marketing functions. The role supports internal teams while also serving as an additional point of contact for clients, vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain general office organization and administrative workflows
  • Assist with and coordinate events, scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal communications
  • Support document organization, data entry, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and internal initiatives
  • Help streamline internal processes and improve office efficiency
  • Assist with social media posting and content creation
  • Take initiative on miscellaneous tasks that support the smooth operation of the business

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years experience in administrative support
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media platforms and office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Comfortable using and experimenting with Ai tools and digital platforms
  • Preferred : Experience in construction, design, lighting or a related industry is an asset.
