As a Product Manager with a focus on Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing pricing strategies for our healthcare products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure our products are competitively priced and aligned with market demands. Your primary goal will be to drive profitability while maintaining market competitiveness and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Develop Pricing Strategies : Create, implement, and manage pricing strategies for new and existing healthcare products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditionsMarket Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and market dynamicsFinancial Analysis : Perform pricing and profitability analysis to determine the financial impact of pricing decisions and recommend adjustments as neededCross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather input and ensure cohesive pricing strategies that support overall business goalsPricing Models : Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models that reflect changes in costs, market conditions, and competitive landscapeCustomer Insights : Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales data to understand customer perceptions of pricing and identify areas for improvementRegulatory Compliance : Ensure pricing strategies comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including adherence to pricing transparency laws and reimbursement policiesReporting and Metrics : Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior managementContinuous Improvement : Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare pricing to continually refine and enhance pricing strategiesQualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldExperience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or pricing strategyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable pricing strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaborationFinancial Acumen : Deep understanding of financial principles, including the ability to read, interpret, and manage profit and loss statements (P&Ls).
