The Role

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our St. Catherine Street location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a Sales Associate, you will ensure an outstanding guest experience and contribute to the success of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room upkeep.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
4. Stay informed about our products and services.
5. Engage with customers about culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge

• Experience and knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and politely.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
