Were looking for a collaborative analytical thinker who is passionate about client support to join our Application Support team. With your active listening relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills youll facilitate solutions to support incident analysis and response. Youll bring strong problem-solving and communication skills combined with curiosity adaptability and a team-first mindset. Most importantly youll embrace change champion continuous improvement and create impact.
Youll be part of an Agile team working closely with FCC employees business partners the Service Desk and Domains to identify and resolve incidents.
