You will be working on Nesto Cloud, Canada’s most advanced cloud platform, delivering end‑to‑end technology solutions for lenders.

The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Application Developer (Associate to Senior) to help build the next generation of AI‑powered applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in intelligent architecture and is comfortable working in complex, high‑integration environments.

Responsibilities

Pioneer Agentic AI : Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, focusing on sophisticated telephony integrations and architecture.

Orchestrate Integrations : Create seamless integrations between and within business units to improve operational efficiency, leveraging AI to orchestrate processes and ensure effective data flow.

Develop Next‑Gen Applications : Build and maintain our suite of direct‑to‑consumer and internal applications, with a strong focus on using AI to drive new features and functionality.

Maintain Critical Systems : Ensure the stability and performance of our core telephony and Salesforce architecture.

Innovate and Lead : Take ownership from concept to completion, building meaningful projects that shape our technological future.

Translate business requirements into complex technical tickets for the Salesforce team.

Identify, scope, and build key business opportunities for revenue growth by analyzing potential technical stack deployments.

Advocate for internal and external customers through technology design of key processes, ensuring a seamless customer / agent journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or Science.

1‑4 years of experience in application administration / development, integration management, or technical growth operations.

Strong understanding of AI orchestration tools such as Zapier, N8N, etc.

Strong understanding of telephony concepts, protocols and technologies (SIP, VoIP, ACD, IVR, outbound calling and call routing) is a plus.

Experience with telephony platforms such as Five9, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Twilio or Salesforce is a plus.

Proficiency in database relationships and relational orchestration.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
