Job Description - The Manufacturing Clerk reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for performing a variety of routine to moderately complex administrative tasks, including receiving products into the JD Edwards database, data entry, and providing administrative support to staff as needed.

Responsibilities
Create, enter data, and maintain multiple spreadsheets in Excel.Accurately enter received products into JD Edwards in a timely manner.Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct phone calls appropriately.Greet and assist visitors at the Plant.Drive to Ashcroft weekly to pick up supplies, check the mail, etc.Work with suppliers to resolve any issues / discrepancies once invoices are received.Maintain and organize policies and prepare monthly meeting packages.Create orders for shipment and release railcars when required.Close work orders as needed.Conduct orientations for truck drivers and contractors.Collaborate and support the Plant with data management, analytics, and reporting.Create purchase requisitions, maintain all purchase orders, and receive invoices as required.Maintain a neat and organized work environment.Schedule and coordinate with carriers for pickup of products at Plant in a timely and efficient manner and maintain shipping functions.Perform other administrative duties including daily filing / organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, recording meeting minutes, and generating reports.Manage and coordinate plant events.Support HSE with maintaining SDS and other administrative tasks.Qualifications
Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of related experience.Prior experience in an administrative support role is an asset.Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.Must possess a valid driver's license.Hours / Schedule
The hours of work will be primarily Monday through Friday (40 hours, day shift).
Note : This is a Safety Sensitive position.
