Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee kitchen operations with a focus on creativity and excellence
  • Develop and execute menu offerings that showcase culinary expertise
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Collaborate with management to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume kitchen
  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Strong passion for culinary arts and innovation
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
