Job Overview

Join our branded retail team as a Sales Associate at Rogers Communications . We represent the welcoming spirit of our company and help customers understand how our products and services fit into everyday life.

Responsibilities

Enhance the retail experience by providing best‑in‑class service and value‑added solutions to customers.
Promote Rogers, Fido, and Rogers Mastercard brands.
Engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach via phone calls and business text messaging.
Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.
Operate with a creative spirit that adapts to an ever‑changing environment while meeting sales goals.

Work Information

Location : 1 Yorkdale Rd Unit 180 (5433), North York, ON

Travel requirement : Up to 25%

Shift : Variable

Schedule : Part‑time, Minimum 20 hours per week
