IPEX is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a 12‑month contract in our Sales division. The position is office‑based in Langley, British Columbia and reports to the British Columbia Customer Service Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
The Customer Service Assistant will work in a high‑volume environment assisting the Customer Service team. Tasks include assisting with quotes, back‑order inquiries and stock checks / price etc. The role requires multitasking while maintaining the highest quality of support.
