Our Client, a Food Product Manufacturer company, is looking for a Business Professional - Project Manager Mid for their Puslinch, ON / Hybrid location.

Responsibilities :

• The Pet Owner Experience team is responsible for managing , , Direct-to-Consumer (DC) initiatives, and other pet owner-facing digital technologies such as PIMs (Akeneo, Salsify, WeShare).
• This role plays a critical part in ensuring that digital platforms deliver seamless, engaging, and effective experiences for pet owners globally.
• The Business Analyst will focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs), and providing Quality Assurance (QA) testing support for product and project work to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Performs defined assignments at the entry level of the technical leadership career band.
• Requires a college or university degree with conceptual knowledge of theories, principles, and practices relevant to business analysis and digital technologies.
• Develops competence by performing structured work assignments within the Pet Owner Experience domain.
• Addresses problems that are difficult but typically not complex, applying existing procedures and practical knowledge to resolve issues effectively.
• Works independently with general supervision, receiving instruction, guidance, and direction as needed.
• May influence others within the assignment area by explaining facts, policies, and practices related to digital platforms and QA processes.
• This assignment level reflects increased proficiency in skills and competencies, greater impact on the business unit and customer experience, and may include providing guidance or informal leadership to other Associates.
