Job Overview
Join us at Earls Kitchen + Bar as a Server Assistant. We’re looking for supportive team players who enhance our service team by supporting the Server with guest needs and table maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences, anticipating the needs of both your server and guests.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction, engaging guests in meaningful conversations.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player, tackling challenges with multi‑tasking and communication skills, making decisions for yourself and team members.
- Adapt to any situation with ease, using exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to the guest experience.
